Format
We won't be releasing weekly episodes. Behind the Psych Sheds isn't that type of pod. As of May 2026, we have made six episodes, five of which are interviews with experts. The sixth is a discussion in which we evaluate what we have learnt about the therapies so far. We will most likely drop one episode every month to begin and record some more towards the end of the year. Our hope is to build up a audio library of episodes which you can come back to.
